Location
Greensboro combines the benefits of a large town and a small city. It's small enough to be friendly and big enough to have places to go.
Greensboro is in north central North Carolina, 30 miles east of Winston-Salem, 75 miles west of Raleigh and 80 miles northeast of Charlotte.
The city is situated in Guilford County and forms the "Piedmont Triad" region of the State together with the neighboring cities of Winston-Salem and High Point,
Downtown Greensboro has three main streets running north to south: Greene St, Elm St and Davie St. The main street is Elm St and it gets very busy on Friday & Saturday nights.
